Under the direction of the Assistant Beverage Manager, the individual serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests throughout the property ensuring a positive guest experience. Essential Job Functions: Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures. Take guest orders, serves drinks and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner. Adhere to cash handling procedures. Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary. Adhere to state liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines. Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary and organized at all times. Adhere to beverage control procedures. Adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations. Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication. Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations. Promote positive guest and team member relations. Perform other duties as assigned.
