About The Position

Serves drinks to guests in compliance with company and health department standards and policies. Processes transactions according to company procedures and maintains knowledge of cocktails and prices. Performs side work, retrieves glasses, and completes other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, glassware, pricing, and garnishes.
