About The Position
The Beverage Server provides guest service in a casino bar, takes beverage orders and relays them to the bartender, and monitors guests’ drink consumption. The role requires remembering guests, their locations, and their drink orders, and notifying supervisory personnel if a guest appears intoxicated. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
Responsibilities
- Provides superior levels of guest service to internal and external guests.
- Takes beverage orders from guests and relays orders to the bartender.
- Remembers each guest, their location, and their drink order.
- Monitors guests’ drink consumption to help prevent intoxication.
- Notifies proper supervisory personnel if a guest appears intoxicated.
- Keeps the Shift Manager informed of problems and issues.
