About The Position
The Beverage Server provides superior levels of guest service to internal and external guests at the casino bar. The role takes beverage orders, communicates them to the bartender, and remembers each guest, their location, and their drink order. The server monitors guest beverage consumption to help prevent intoxication, alerts appropriate supervisory personnel when a guest appears intoxicated, and keeps the Shift Manager informed of problems and issues. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior guest service to internal and external guests.
- Take beverage orders from guests and relay them to the bartender.
- Remember guests, their locations, and their drink orders.
- Monitor guests’ drink consumption to help prevent intoxication.
- Notify appropriate supervisory personnel if a guest appears intoxicated.
- Keep the Shift Manager informed of problems and issues.
