About The Position

As a Beverage Server for Traditions Hospitality Group at Golden Mesa Casino, you will craft and serve beverages while providing exceptional guest service. The work takes place in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or casino environment and may involve moderate to high noise, smoke exposure, prolonged standing and walking, and carrying trays and beverage supplies. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license if applicable.
Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must incorporate a stage personality while serving guests.
Knowledge of guest services and communication skills.
Ability to read, write, understand orders, handle cash, and use computers.
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand and walk during shifts, perform physical tasks, and work in a restaurant, bar, or casino environment.
Ability to carry trays and lift and carry moderate to heavy objects; the posting also specifies lifting 15–25+ pounds.
Must conform to the costume and appearance requirements associated with the casino entertainment theme.
