About The Position
Join Turning Stone Resort Casino as a Beverage Server and experience the excitement of our vibrant gaming floor while bringing your enthusiasm, serving skills and positive attitude. As a Beverage Server at Turning Stone Resort Casino, your responsibilities will include taking and serving drink orders, handling cash transactions, and delivering top-notch customer service to our guests. A Beverage Server is assigned a work area you will be giving amazing customer service taking drink orders, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with tray service and completing assigned side work. Maintains complete knowledge of entire beverage and food menu including service procedure and pricing. Leaves assigned area in an orderly fashion when going on breaks and at end of shift.
Requirements
- Ability to count money and make correct change
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous Food & Beverage server experience preferred
