About The Position

The Benefits Specialist helps union members understand and maximize the benefits available to them and their families. This fully remote role involves answering benefit-related questions, explaining available coverage and programs, supporting enrollment and claims, and providing responsive customer support. The company provides training, mentorship, coaching, and support; prior benefits administration experience is not required. Advancement opportunities and performance-based promotions are available.
