About The Position
The Benefits Specialist helps union members understand and maximize the benefits available to them and their families. This fully remote role includes answering benefit-related questions, educating members about coverage and programs, and supporting enrollment and claims processes. The company offers training, mentorship, coaching, and support. Prior benefits administration experience is not required, and candidates may be starting a new career path. Advancement opportunities and performance-based promotions are available.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.

- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and Zoom.
- Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Assist union members with benefit-related questions.
