As an International Benefits Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the benefits team with day-to-day operations, specifically focusing on delivering international benefits administration for EMEA. This includes administering pension and retirement benefits, managing vendors and enrollments, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining benefits databases. Responsibilities
Requirements
- Expertise in international benefits administration, preferably within Netherlands, Germany, and France
- Experience in administering pension and retirement benefits
- Ability to manage vendors, enrollments, government filings, reporting, and audits
- Collaboration with other departments such as Payroll, Workday, Local Benefits Brokers, Legal, and Compliance
- Proficiency in maintaining and monitoring benefits databases and file feeds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to streamline and automate work processes
- Knowledge of leave of absence administration, including tracking, compliance, reporting, and employee and partner team engagement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to serve as the main point of contact for employee and candidate benefit questions
- Familiarity with reviewing and approving benefit enrollments and transactions in Workday
- Ability to keep benefit information and policies current on internal communications resources
- Experience in developing communication materials, strategies, and project plans to enhance employees' understanding and engagement with benefits offerings.

- Experience with international benefits administration, preferably with Netherlands, Germany, and France

- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to design and communicate clear processes
- Detail-oriented and flexible approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team
- Willingness to pitch in on team projects and create effective processes and workflows
- Passionate about employee engagement and building an inclusive culture
- Bonus if experienced with Workday, tech industry, Google Apps Suite, Excel formulas, report writing, VLookUps, and startup environment
