About the position
The Benefits and Talent Systems Consultant will partner with top tier clients to provide benefit and talent implementation services. They will be responsible for implementing the HRIS system primarily in UKG Pro, based on client specifications, while delivering excellent customer service and guidance. The consultant will perform tasks for HCM benefit and talent implementations, coordinate client meetings, consult with clients on their specific needs, gather data, and provide support to internal and external customers.

- Computer proficiency and experience with HRIS and benefits systems
- Project and team management/leadership skills and experience
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment while effectively planning and setting priorities
- Extensive knowledge of UKG Pro
- Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of benefit administration
- Previous experience in implementation of HRIS
- Understanding of talent acquisition and talent management processes
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance

- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefits programs, including the ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, workers' compensation, Medicare, OBRA, and Social Security and DOL requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field, and five to seven years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
- 5 years’ experience in the HR Consulting, HRIS space
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
