About The Position

The Bellperson welcomes and assists hotel guests by escorting arriving and departing guests, transporting and storing luggage, introducing guests to their rooms and amenities, and operating property vehicles to take guests to designated destinations. The role also includes keeping bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order. Responsibilities

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests.
• Transport luggage and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities.
• Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.
• Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
