About The Position

Lodge Tower in Vail Village is hiring Bell/Valet personnel for an active, hands-on guest service role. The position supports guests throughout their stay with luggage assistance, shuttle transportation, local recommendations, reservation support, package delivery, and parking logistics. It also helps keep daily lobby operations running, including supporting kitchen and breakfast-area needs.

This is a full-time, seasonal position with a set schedule that includes rotating Saturdays. The role includes regular shuttle driving and is not suitable for J-1 Work Travel participants because of its driving requirements. The posted pay is $20.00 per hour plus tips. The listed start date is November 9, 2026, or ASAP.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old by the start date for insurance compliance.
• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Pass a clean background check.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Demonstrate strong guest service skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Be detail-oriented and organized.
• Have a hardworking, honest, and dependable attitude.
• Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Bell or valet experience.
• Familiarity with Vail Village and Vail Mountain.

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms and assist with arrivals and departures.
• Drive the property shuttle and assist guests with local transportation.
• Coordinate guest requests, including restaurant, transportation, childcare, and activity reservations.
• Provide local information and assist with concierge services.
• Receive, track, and deliver guest packages and mail.
• Manage parking passes and assist with parking logistics.
• Support daily lobby operations and help with kitchen and breakfast-area needs.
