About The Position
One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Bell Person to join the team! The responsibility of the Bell Person is to enhance the guest experience by delivering personalized, attentive service and ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and assisted during their stay.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid drivers’ license & clean driving record.
- Lift and pull 100+ pounds with aid of luggage cart.
- Previous hospitality experience.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicle with proficiency.
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage safely and efficiently.
- Park cars for guests as needed and drive shuttle to pick up or drop off guests at other Resort outlets.
- Deliver items such as packages, amenities, or guest requests to guestrooms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance, lobby, and bell storage areas.
