Join our integrated healthcare team at the Developmental Disabilities Health Center (DDHC) as a Behavioral Health Provider. Work as an integrated member of a specialized medical team to improve overall health outcomes for pediatric and adult patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their caregivers. By providing efficient and effective behavioral health services within a specialized medical home, you will detect and address a broad spectrum of needs with the aim of early identification, quick resolution, and long-term wellness for this unique population.
