About The Position

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you will clean and service draft beer lines so local bars and restaurants can serve high-quality draft beer. You will visit customer locations to maintain draft beer systems and build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on your route. No previous experience is required. Training is provided on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This part-time position involves 6–7 hours per day, 3 days per week, for 18–21 hours per week, with possible overtime. The three weekdays are flexible and fall Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.; early morning, evening, and night shifts are not available. A personal, reliable vehicle is required. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.72 per mile.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license.
Able to lift more than 50 pounds.
Hands-on quick learner.
Reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, self-motivation, and commitment to quality work and customer service.
Personal and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

Clean and service draft beer lines at customer locations.
Maintain draft beer systems to help ensure customers serve high-quality beer.
Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders along the assigned route.
Complete assigned routes and/or duties during each bi-weekly line-cleaning cycle.
