AHFP is seeking a Beer Technician, also described as a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), to help local bars and restaurants serve high-quality draft beer. The role supports AHFP’s mission to provide great-tasting draft beer as the brewmaster intended and to grow draft beer sales. A typical day involves visiting customer locations to clean and maintain draft beer systems, ensure they serve great beer, and build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders. No previous experience is required; training is provided in draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There are no nights, early mornings, or weekends, though regular overtime opportunities are available. The company provides a vehicle, along with gas, maintenance, and insurance. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with growth opportunities and a potential $250 flat bonus per bi-weekly line-cleaning cycle for qualifying DQTs who meet eligibility requirements for completing assigned routes and/or duties.
