Beer Technician
About The Position
As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you help local bars and restaurants serve high-quality draft beer. You visit customer locations to clean and maintain draft beer systems, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure the beer is served as the brewmaster intended. The role also involves building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders. No previous experience is required; training is provided in draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nights, early mornings, and weekends are not scheduled, though regular overtime opportunities are available. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with growth opportunities and a $250 flat bonus per bi-weekly line-cleaning cycle for qualifying technicians who meet the eligibility requirements for completing assigned routes and/or duties. A company vehicle, with gas, maintenance, and insurance covered, is provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
- Hands-on approach and ability to learn quickly.
