Beer Technician
About The Position
AHFP is hiring a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT) to clean and service draft beer lines at local bars and restaurants, helping ensure customers receive high-quality draft beer as the brewmaster intended. Technicians visit customer locations along an assigned route and build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders. AHFP provides training in draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting; previous experience is not required. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role does not require nights or weekends, though regular overtime opportunities are available. A personal, reliable vehicle is required, and mileage is reimbursed at $0.72 per mile. Pay starts at $20.00, with growth opportunities and qualifying technicians eligible for a $250 flat bonus per biweekly line-cleaning cycle when they meet the stated eligibility requirements for completing assigned routes and/or duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
- Hands-on quick learner.
- Reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent-quality work and customer service.
- Personal and reliable vehicle required.
