About The Position

Responsibilities

Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers’ beauty goals.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready.
Keep up with beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings provided by Nordstrom and luxury brand partners.
Manage sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
