About The Position

The Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, sharing beauty trend knowledge and helping customers find products and deals. The role supports an easy, enjoyable customer experience while maintaining the sales floor, completing inventory processes, resolving customer concerns, and keeping merchandise and testers ready throughout the day.

Ability to stay calm in a busy retail environment.
Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to meet the physical requirements: continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handling bulky or awkward items, including reaching and lifting items above the head; regularly lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Share knowledge of beauty trends and products with customers.
Help customers find the deals they are looking for while keeping the shopping experience quick, easy, and fun.
Keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and complete inventory processes, including checking in and accurately ticketing merchandise.
Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions.
Work with the team to keep the sales floor ready by re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
