About The Position
As a highly skilled advisor, you will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. In partnership with a high-performing team, you will help create impact through in-store events and ensure the store consistently achieves high visual merchandising standards. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview.

- Previous retail or beauty industry experience.
- Familiarity with a retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to support smooth floor operations and an optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
