About The Position

We are currently seeking an energetic and professional Customer Care / BDC representative who will be responsible for handling our phone and internet leads with top notch customer service. You will join a growing Business Development team in a highly collaborative and upbeat environment.

  • Excellent organization and follow up skills
  • All applicants must pass pre-employment testing which includes a background check, clean driving record, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Call center, sales, and/or collections experience is preferred
  • Previous dealership and Automotive CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all internet and phone inquiries in a timely manner
  • Scheduling sales appointments
  • Utilize CRM and lead management tools to manage sales inquiry flow and update our sales customer records
  • Follow up with existing and potential sales customers with a goal of maximizing every sales opportunity
  • Achieve targeted sales goals
  • Collaborate with New and Used Sales to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers
  • Participation in fun onsite and offsite events
