About The Position

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to join the team at Clermont CDJR. The role offers an opportunity to grow with a family-owned automotive group in a fast-paced, supportive environment. No experience is required. Starting hourly pay is $15, with commission for customers brought into the dealership and customers who make a purchase. After 90 days, commission increases to $25 per show and $25 per sale. Earnings typically align with the national BDC average of $38,000–$55,000+ annually, depending on performance. The representative handles customer inquiries, sets and follows up on sales and service appointments, re-engages missed customers, shares marketing incentives, and maintains follow-up through the CRM. The position emphasizes exceptional customer service and organized communication to encourage repeat and referral business.

Requirements

Strong computer and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred.
Automotive experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries.
Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates.
Re-engage missed and no-show customers.
Contact customers regarding current marketing incentives.
Provide product information and highlight key features.
Maintain organized follow-up through CRM to encourage repeat and referral business.
