About The Position

Kia of Cartersville is hiring a BDC Representative to support its Business Development Center and drive sales growth by building relationships with current and prospective customers. The representative responds to phone and online inquiries, schedules appointments for the sales team, and follows up to help ensure customers arrive and have a positive experience. This role is full-time and non-exempt, with hourly pay plus a performance bonus. The schedule is five days per week, including evenings and Saturdays. The position works in an indoor office setting and reports to the BDC Manager. Employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Requirements

Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, the internet, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, a positive attitude, and ability to work well as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous dealership BDC, call center, or sales experience.
Experience with VinSolutions CRM.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls, internet leads, texts, and emails within department response-time standards.
Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages to new leads, unsold showroom customers, and no-shows.
Schedule and confirm sales appointments, and coordinate customer arrivals with the sales team.
Accurately log customer contacts, notes, and appointments in VinSolutions CRM.
Inform prospects about current inventory, promotions, and incentives.
Meet department goals for contacts, appointments set, and appointment show rates.
Follow dealership policies and federal and state rules for customer calls and texts, including do-not-call and consent requirements, and protect customer information.
