About The Position

The BDC Administrator at DCH Toyota of Torrance supports the high-volume sales department by developing customer relationships and helping increase appointments, sales, and customer retention. The role contacts customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities, maintains accurate customer information in the dealership CRM, and stays informed about inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions. It also includes post-visit follow-up to assess customer satisfaction, address concerns, and escalate issues when needed. This is a full-time position in Torrance, California, with an hourly pay range of $16.90 to $20.00. The role requires a high school graduate or equivalent and applicants must be at least 18 years old. Requirements

At least 1 year of prior customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
Comfort speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
Comfort using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems.
Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
An acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
