About The Position

Sunrise Buick GMC at Wolfchase is hiring a full-time Sales BDC Administrator to support its high-volume sales department. The role focuses on building customer relationships through follow-up, scheduling appointments, and supporting sales opportunities and customer retention. The administrator maintains accurate customer information in the dealership CRM, stays current on inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and promotions, and follows up after customer visits to help ensure satisfaction and address concerns. The position offers ongoing training and career-growth opportunities within Lithia & Driveway. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and at least 18 years old. Requirements

At least 1 year of prior customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
Comfort speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
Comfort using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems.
Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
