About The Position

DCH Toyota of Torrance is hiring a full-time Sales BDC Administrator to support its high-volume sales department. The role focuses on building customer relationships through timely follow-up, scheduling appointments, maintaining customer records, and supporting customer satisfaction. The California pay range is $16.90–$20.00 per hour; actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, with final compensation established during the interview process in accordance with applicable laws. The position requires a high school graduate or equivalent and applicants must be at least 18 years old. Requirements

At least 1 year of prior customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and text.
Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems.
Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
