About The Position

Sunrise Buick GMC at Wolfchase is hiring a full-time BDC Administrator for its high-volume sales department. The role focuses on building customer relationships and supporting sales through timely follow-up, appointment scheduling, accurate CRM records, and attentive service after customer visits. The administrator stays informed about vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions, and helps resolve customer concerns or escalates them when needed. Requirements

At least 1 year of prior customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and text.
Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems.
Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
