About The Position

CCBS is a clinician-owned ABA agency focused on meaningful client outcomes by investing in the people who deliver care. Its approach is modern, naturalistic, person-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming, with high clinical standards. The BCBA Supervisor will help develop future practitioners through intentional supervision, rigorous behavior skills training (BST), and meaningful investment in their growth. This is a hybrid position that is approximately 75% remote/telehealth and is limited to local candidates.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Passion for mentoring upcoming BCBAs and providing high-quality, consistent, and structured supervision.
Fluency in BST and the ability to demonstrate it.
Ability to pursue current evidence-based practice independently.
Ability to adapt teaching to the learner.
Accountability and willingness to hold supervisees to the same standard.
Direct and professional communication with families, staff, and leadership.
Commitment to staying in the field, with reflection on burnout and a plan for addressing it.
Reliable transportation, a valid California driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
Ability to pass a background check.
TB test within 3 weeks of hire and current immunizations.

Responsibilities
