About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth Applied Behavior Analysis services to Texas residents. This hybrid role allows the employee to work from home approximately 75% of the time and requires travel at least 25% monthly, including one week per month providing in-person supervision. The position supports children and families through clinical programs and is part of a mission-driven organization focused on caring, accountability, collaboration, and family-centered service.

Requirements

• Master's or doctorate-level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• Obtain both Texas and Oklahoma LBA state licensure; reimbursement is provided.
• LBA licensure per applicable state guidelines is required.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of ABA telehealth experience.
• Experience working with center-based early-intervention children.
• Effective collaboration skills and an empathetic, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth ABA services to Texas residents.
• Provide in-person supervision during one week per month.
