About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth ABA services in Oklahoma. This hybrid role allows the employee to work from home 75% of the time and requires travel at least 25% monthly—one week per month—to provide in-person supervision. Travel costs such as flights, hotels, and meals are reimbursed. The role offers an annual base compensation of $86,000–$95,500, based on experience, and the opportunity to earn up to $18,000 annually in bonuses paid quarterly.

Requirements

• Master's or doctorate-level degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• Obtain both Texas and Oklahoma LBA state licensure; reimbursement is provided.
• Licensed professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
• Travel at least 25% monthly, including one week per month for in-person supervision.
