About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hybrid telehealth ABA services in the Houston region. The role combines remote work with in-person supervision, requiring travel at least 25% monthly, or one week per month. Candidates must reside outside the Greater Houston area and be located in Texas. Travel costs such as flights, hotels, and meals are reimbursed.

The position offers a base salary of $79,000–$92,500 annually, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn up to $18,000 in annual bonuses paid quarterly. The role includes clinical and administrative support, ongoing training, and professional development. Requirements

• Reside in Texas and outside the Greater Houston area.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• Obtain both Texas and Oklahoma LBA state licensure; reimbursement is provided.
• LBA licensure as required by applicable state guidelines.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
• Able to travel at least 25% monthly for in-person supervision.
