About The Position

World Famous Hotboys is hiring a reliable and hardworking Bartender to provide beverage service and hospitality in a fast-paced, high-energy, community-driven restaurant environment. The role helps maintain the quality, consistency, and guest experience Hotboys is known for. The ideal candidate is energetic and personable and helps create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Previous bartending experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask while staying organized.
Friendly, positive, team-oriented attitude; reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Must possess, or be able to obtain and maintain, all required Indiana alcohol service permits and certifications.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable handling repetitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

Previous bartending experience.
Weekend availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and create a welcoming, friendly experience.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
Verify guests’ ages and comply with alcohol service laws and company policies.
Take guest orders accurately and provide menu and beverage recommendations.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, equipment, and supplies.
Restock beverages, garnishes, and bar inventory as needed.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
Help maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain an organized workspace and a positive attitude throughout shifts.
