About The Position

The Bartender serves customers at Camp Cocktail and provides excellent customer service by offering information to help guests select food and beverages, presenting order choices, and maintaining a warm, friendly atmosphere. The role contributes to a pleasurable dining experience and ensures orders and payments are handled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, and counting change.
Legible handwriting.
Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
Valid Operator’s License.
U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice To Haves

Wine experience and/or certification.
One year of bartending experience.

Responsibilities

Take customers’ food and drink orders.
Ensure orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner.
Suggest appetizers and meals based on the menu and specials.
Make and serve drinks according to established guidelines, procedures, policies, and company beverage and safety standards.
Control allocated guest checks by following check-use procedures and legibly recording required information as orders are taken and processed.
Process guest payments and verify the accuracy of guest checks and payment methods to safeguard customers and the company.
Create a pleasurable dining experience for guests.
