About The Position

PILF Restaurant Group is hiring bartenders and cocktail servers for The Imperial Room, a new upscale craft cocktail lounge. Front-of-house team members will help deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences, learn the food, wine, beer, spirits, and craft cocktail menus, confidently recommend drinks and menu items, work collaboratively, maintain a polished and professional environment, and help establish the lounge’s culture and standards from opening day. Bartenders will craft cocktails and provide an engaging, elevated guest experience. Cocktail servers will guide guests through the curated menu and provide attentive hospitality.

Requirements

• For bartenders: at least 2 years of craft cocktail bartending experience.
• For bartenders: strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, mixology techniques, and cocktail preparation.
• For bartenders: ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills for cocktail servers.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a guest-first mindset for cocktail servers.
• Desire to learn and grow within the new concept for cocktail servers.

Nice To Haves

• Previous serving experience in an upscale restaurant, cocktail lounge, or hospitality-driven concept is preferred for cocktail servers.
