About The Position

The Mimosa House in Gold River is hiring an energetic, outgoing, and experienced Bartender for its fast-paced, high-volume breakfast and brunch restaurant. The restaurant is known for its extensive mimosa selection, specialty cocktails, and focus on guest experience. The role involves daytime and morning shifts during restaurant hours of 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with weekend and holiday availability required. The work environment is described as fun, energetic, fast-paced, and supported by a team.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience is preferred, ideally in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, champagne, wine, and beverage preparation.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess or be willing to obtain California RBS certification.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve mimosas, champagne cocktails, specialty drinks, beer, and wine.
Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistency in beverage preparation.
Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during high-volume service.
Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow responsible alcohol service regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with servers, hosts, and management to support smooth daily operations.
