Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to wear a costumed uniform.
Must be able to work in a smoky environment.

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
Provide attentive, personalized service, take guest orders, and offer recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
