Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to enthusiastic people who value hospitality and use their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers. Chili's primarily hires food runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. Chili's, founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, is a casual dining restaurant known for burgers, smoked ribs, fajitas, and margaritas. Requirements

- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
- Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
