About The Position

This position provides excellent guest service and cleaning services in cabins and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and washing walls, windows, and mirrors. The goal is to ensure a pleasant and comfortable guest experience. The role also involves preparing cabin interiors and outdoor spaces for guests, responding appropriately to guest concerns, and maintaining assigned equipment and supplies. Work requires continuous movement and flexibility with workdays and hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Work experience as a Trail Runner or Houseman/Houseperson is required.
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
Good physical health and stamina.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Excellent organization skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to regularly bend, lift, push, pull, carry, and move items weighing up to 25–50 pounds.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

High school diploma.

Responsibilities

Prepare cabin interiors for cleaning by removing trash, stripping linens, and restocking cabin provisions.
Clean and stage cabin outdoor lounge areas, including fire pits, campfire kits, Adirondack chairs, and picnic tables.
Clean cabin exteriors, including windows, hitches, and wheels, and remove trash.
Respond appropriately to guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions and refer them to management as needed.
Gather waste and/or contaminated materials for disposal when assigned.
Clean assigned areas, which may include cabins, trails, and common areas.
Properly use and maintain assigned equipment and supplies, including vacuums, chemicals, and cleaning aids, according to departmental specifications.
