About The Position

Hotel Equities is hiring a Trail Runner at Postcard Cabins by Marriott in Blake Brook, New Hampshire. The position provides guest service and cleaning services in cabins and common areas to help ensure a pleasant and comfortable guest experience. Duties include cleaning and staging cabin interiors and outdoor spaces, responding appropriately to guest feedback, and maintaining assigned cleaning equipment and supplies. The role requires continuous movement and physical activity, flexibility with workdays and hours, and the ability to work independently while meeting performance standards.

Requirements

Work experience as a Trail Runner or Houseman/Houseperson is required.
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
Good physical health and stamina.
Flexibility to work shifts, workdays, and hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to regularly bend, lift, push, pull, carry, and move items weighing up to 25–50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma.
An eye for detail and comfort with self-directed work.

Responsibilities

Prepare cabin interiors for cleaning by removing trash, stripping linens, and restocking cabin provisions.
Clean and stage cabin outdoor areas, including the fire pit, campfire kit, Adirondack chairs, and picnic table; clean exterior windows, hitch, and wheels; and remove trash.
Respond appropriately to guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions and refer them to management when appropriate.
Gather waste and/or contaminated materials for disposal when assigned.
Clean assigned areas, which may include cabins, trails, and common areas.
Use and maintain assigned equipment and supplies according to departmental specifications, including vacuums, chemicals, and cleaning aides.
