About The Position

The Runner is an entry-level, onsite position at Audi Minneapolis, supporting dealership operations and customer service. The role reports to the Service Drive Lane Manager and involves driving approximately 80% of the time. The Runner safely greets clients and moves their vehicles to and from designated areas, welcomes and escorts clients to appropriate departments, and communicates client needs and expectations to dealership personnel. The position also involves maintaining, cleaning, and restocking client refreshment stations and waiting areas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, full-time, with one of two listed shifts: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM. The hourly rate is $17.50–$20.00, with eligibility for short-term and/or long-term incentives. The company describes a comprehensive benefits package and offers manufacturer training and support.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
At least 1 year of driving experience.
Ability to work with different departments and clients.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
