Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Must have a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to wear a costumed uniform.
Must be able to work in a smoky environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
Provide attentive, personalized guest service, take orders, and offer recommendations.
Keep the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment, clean and organized.
Process cash and credit transactions accurately and according to established procedures.
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
Work with other staff members to support smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
