About The Position

As a Bartender for Traditions Hospitality Group at Newcastle Casino, you will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing attentive, personalized service to guests. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to wear a costumed uniform.
Must be able to work in a smoky environment.
Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods in a high-volume environment.
Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including beverage cases and kegs.

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
