About The Position

Leland Management is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender for a community resort in the Kissimmee, Florida area. This part-time seasonal position is in a resort restaurant and bar that is open every day, with varying shifts. The role offers competitive pay. The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintains the bar and storage areas, and provides excellent guest service in a fast-paced resort environment.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of previous bartending experience in a resort, restaurant, or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Greet each guest promptly, courteously, and enthusiastically, using eye contact and a smile.
Know the available menu options, beverage lists, and promotional specials.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Engage with guests to provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and storage areas, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately to process orders and payments.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to support timely service during busy periods, banquets, and special events.
Follow safety regulations and responsible serving policies to promote safe drinking practices.
