About The Position

Prepare beverages for cocktail servers and patrons quickly and accurately. Set up and replenish the bar station with polished glassware, ice, dry goods, paper products, juices, cut fruits, and garnishes. Prepare beverage orders for cocktail servers in a timely manner and make quality cocktails, beer, and wine according to Hard Rock beverage standards and/or recipes. Maintain clean work areas throughout the shift, notify management of maintenance and repair issues, and complete other reasonable requests from management. Duties are typically performed in a professional kitchen setting, though the role may require working on or passing through the Casino Floor, where team members may encounter secondhand smoke and excessive noise. The pay rate is $19.48 per hour.

Requirements

• At least six months of related experience.
• Able to work a varied schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests in English in relation to position duties and responsibilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Adhere to applicable state liquor laws and beverage control procedures for serving and handling.
