About The Position

The Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn, a member of Genesis Hospitality and Dining, is seeking an observant and efficient Bartender to work with the team in providing quality, prompt customer service. This is a part-time position, and weekend availability is required. The Bartender assists with cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, and keeping the bar stocked. The role requires knowledge of menu items and a focus on excellent guest service. Duties also include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be available to work weekends.

Bilingual ability in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Present bar and wine lists to bar and restaurant guests.
Assess guest preferences and make recommendations.
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks.
Restock and replenish bar inventory.
Comply with food and beverage and alcohol regulations.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and serve wine, bottled beer, and draft beer.
Process guest bills or payments and balance cash receipts.
Communicate with guests to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Enforce rules and regulations.
Assist with cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, and keeping the bar stocked.
