About The Position

The Bar Porter is responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service while ensuring the assigned bar is stocked and clean. The role includes cleaning and setting up the bar, maintaining products and supplies, preparing mixes and garnishes, and interacting with customers. Team members are expected to follow Hard Rock policies and New Jersey Health Standards, support responsible gaming and alcohol service, and reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.

Responsibilities

Clean the bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers, and other bar appliances, in accordance with Hard Rock policies and New Jersey Health Standards.
Ensure the bar is set properly.
Ensure soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meet service standards.
Stock the assigned bar with products and supplies throughout the shift.
Prepare mixes and garnishes.
Acknowledge, greet, and converse with customers who approach the bar.
Support responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
Promptly and discreetly notify managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of observed illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
