About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group and the Mining Exchange Hotel are seeking a service-oriented, part-time Bartender. The position supports the hotel’s hospitality-focused service culture and includes serving guests, coordinating food and drink service, garnishing drinks, and assisting with table bussing. Requirements

• At least a high school education.
• At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Knowledge of alcohol-serving practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution to ensure meals reach the correct guests and are properly prepared and presented, and that the buffet is appealing.
• Provide drink orders to the bartender.
• Garnish drinks.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
