About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group and the Mining Exchange Hotel are seeking a service-oriented, on-call Banquet Server. The role supports banquet food service by taking guest orders or maintaining buffet service, distributing and presenting meals appropriately, refreshing drinks, and assisting with table bussing. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, strong time management, multitasking, and the ability to work flexible hours and shifts. A high school education and at least one year of hotel or restaurant serving experience are required; food safety certification is preferred.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time management skills.

Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is appropriately stocked.
Monitor food distribution to ensure meals reach the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and/or ensure the buffet is appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
