Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to wear a costumed uniform.
Must be able to work in a smoky environment.
Able to stand and walk and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.
Able to lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including beverage cases and kegs.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
Provide attentive, personalized guest service, take orders, and offer recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
Collaborate with staff to support smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
